WHY I STARTED CCU
There was a moment when I found myself supporting someone who was completely burned out.
She was carrying responsibility for everyone else while silently falling apart herself.
And I recognized it immediately because I had lived it too.
Over time, I realized burnout rarely starts with people not caring.
It often starts when responsibility grows faster than support, communication, and structure.
I created CCU because I wanted to help organizations identify those patterns earlier before teams begin disconnecting, leaders become overwhelmed, and instability becomes normal.
This work is personal to me.
Because behind every organization are people trying their best to lead, care for others, and sustain themselves at the same time.
