The CCU Leadership Lab Series is a monthly, guided workshop designed to help leaders build awareness around how leadership is showing up in their business — particularly around time, decisions, boundaries, and capacity.
This series is the starting point for everyone who enters CCU Leadership.
The Leadership Lab is not a productivity workshop.
It’s a leadership conversation.
It’s a calm, reflective space where leaders gain language for what they’re carrying and clarity around what intentional leadership actually looks like.
