CCU Leadership Lab

The CCU Leadership Lab is a structured evaluation and clarity experience for leaders who feel the weight of responsibility and want to understand what’s actually creating leadership strain.

This is not a motivational workshop or a training session.

It is a guided assessment designed to help leaders identify patterns contributing to burnout, assess leadership capacity, and determine what type of support is truly needed next.

In the Lab, leaders examine how clarity, compassion, consistency, and calmness are currently operating in their leadership role — and where systems, expectations, or boundaries may be creating unnecessary pressure.

Some leaders leave the Lab with the clarity they need to move forward independently.

Others discover they would benefit from deeper support through the CCU Leadership Cohort.
